I’m unclear as to what rights are being stripped here. The right to imposing your religious beliefs upon those who do not share them? The right to pass discriminatory laws?
I must have missed these inalienable rights when studying the Constitution. Thank God I have Rick Santorum to protect these (non existant) rights for me.
